From the moment I discovered I could combine my creative flare with my love of cooking to make food beautiful, I was absolutely hooked on food styling. Not a day goes by when I’m not paging through magazines or looking at international food websites looking for inspiration for my next creation.
I know that making food look absolutely mouth-wateringly scrumptious is only half of the artwork. So I get the most satisfaction from knowing that, when people try my recipes, they taste as good as they look. Thats why I take the time to be meticulous about creating and documenting all of my recipes.
Before I started food styling, I graduated from Silwood Cordon Bleu School of Cookery with a Grande Diploma. Since then I’ve worked at 5 Star establishments, Private Cheffed all over the globe and worked at a food consultancy agency. I love drawing on my experience to solve your food projects or challenges.
