For those of you that don’t know already, Yuppiechef Cooking School have launched a few very exciting online cooking courses presented by some of Cape Town’s best chefs and food bloggers.
I’m having so much fun heading up the food styling for the courses and am working with such a great team of professionals. I highly recommend the courses for those of you wanting to learn the tricks of the trade in the cheffing world or even for those who want to learn some great recipes through easy to follow and engaging step-by-step videos.
In this course you will learn how to make Steak au poivre, Soup au pistou, duck a l’orange and the all time favourite Creme brulee (as well as other recipes too).
