This is by far the easiest biscuit recipe in the world to make. Easy to make and easy to remember.
All you need is 1 cup sugar, 2 cups butter, 3 cups flour.
100g sugar, 200g butter, 300g flour.
You can then add whatever flavours you desire, like Vanilla seeds, orange zest, lemon zest or if you’re feeling a little adventurous try adding herbs like thyme or rosemary.
All you need to do is:
Beat together the butter and sugar until creamy, then add the flour and flavourant until you achieve a soft dough.
Place onto a baking tray and bake in an oven at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Remove from oven and Cool on a cooling rack before serving.
