I LOVE BONE MARROW. I never knew how simple it was to make it…you literally just chuck it in the oven and roast them for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 220 C or until the marrow is soft. And that’s it!
Serve it as a starter with Maldon sea salt, parsley salad and some thinly sliced toast.
For the Parsley Salad
Handfull of flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
1 tsp capers, chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
Squeeze of lemon juice
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
Serve alongside the roasted bone marrow together with Maldon sea salt and thinly sliced toast.
